Our Manufacturing Process

From careful wood slection to final finishing, each stage of our manufacturing process is handled with precison to ensure durability, quality, and a refined handcrafted finish.

Step 1: Wood Seletion

We source quality wooden logs and check moisture, grains, and strength before use.

Step 2: Cutting Into Pieces

Selected logs are cut into required sizes for different product parts.

Step 3: Seasoning & Drying

Wood pieces are properly dried to reduce moisture and prevent cracking.

Step 4: Shaping & Sizing

Dried wood is shaped and sized using precison machines for uniform structure.

Step 5: Surface Processing

Wood surfaces are smoothed and prepared for further work.

Step 6: Assembly

Step 7: Sanding & Finishing Prep

Multiple sanding stages ensure a smooth and even surface.

Step 8: Final Finishing

Natural, matte, or polished finishes are applied for protection and appearance.

Our Wood Finishing Process

We offer multiple finishing options to enhaces the natural beauty of wood and provide long-lasting protection.

Step 1: Surface Preparation

The raw wood surface is sanded in multiple stages to remove roughness and achieve a smooth, even base.

Step 2: Sealer Application

A sealing coat is applied to close the wood pores and ensure uniform absorption of polish and color.

Step 3: Color Staning

Wood Stains are applied to achieve desired shades such as cherry , wlanut, or natural tones while highlighting the grain.

Step 4: Base Coat Application

A base layer of PU (polyurethane), melamyne, lacquer, or polyester is applied to build surface strength and protection.

Step 5: Intermediate Sanding

Light sanding is done between coats to maintain smoothness and remove surface imperfections.

Step 6: Final Top Coat

A final gloss or matte finish is applied to enhance appearance and provide long-lasting protection.

Step 7: Drying & Curing

The finished surface is allowed to dry and cure properly for durability and surface stability.

Step 8: Quality Inspection

Each product is carefully checked for finish consistency, smoothness, and overall quality before packing.

Step 9: Packing & Dispatch
